mobivention exhibits at digi:media 2011

Cologne (Germany) 4 April 2011 – mobivention announces their participation in digi:media 2011, a digital trade fair in Düsseldorf. On a special area called “Showing Apps”, they will present in particular their apps and games products and services.

Under the motto “Content meets Technology meets Business” digi:media will kick off in Düsseldorf from 7 to 9 April 2011. digi:media is a new trade fair for commercial publishing & digital printing and is designed as a platform for print-based, networked communication covering all segments of the value chain. App developers are going to present their latest solutions and applications on a special area named “Showing Apps” in exhibition hall 6.

Motivated by the permanent success of Apple’s App Store and increasing smart phone and tablet trends, mobivention, a leading content provider for mobile devices, changed successively their emphasis to the development and distribution of apps and widgets.

Furthermore mobivention has been producing apps, games and widgets for ad agencies and brand name companies since 2003. While at the beginning especially Java games and personalization products have been produced, the customers’ focus has shifted to apps and widgets for the more significant smart phones and tablets.
