Rohrbach/Ilm 24 January 2011: The software manufacturer Contentserv has kept up the positive trend of previous years and starts the New Year with a promising order situation. A pleasing company result in 2010, exemplary new customers and partners, as well as a brand new release allow the company to look forward to 2011 confidently.

Constant Growth since the Company Foundation

Contentserv’s strategy of providing premium services through a combination of ongoing product development and professional quality assurance has paid off. The company succeeded in surpassing last year’s sales target. A total growth in sales of almost 30% compared to the previous year, as well as a clear reduction in costs was accompanied by an increase in staff. In the area of Contentserv licenses alone, there was an increase of over 170% compared to the previous year’s level. With this rate of growth, Contentserv is now a force to be reckoned with on the enterprise software market. After an outstanding last quarter in 2010 attractive new projects assure a good order situation for 2011.

Top-class Customers and Important New Partnerships

Contentserv GmbH has gained internationally renowned customers from various industry sectors. Avery Zweckform, Hipp, Belimo, Texas Instruments, mobilezone and Bauknecht are all using Contentserv solutions.

The strategically successful expansion of the technology partner network deepens the range of products and opens new markets. Contentserv not only cooperates with the translation memory specialist SDL Language Technologies, the manufacturer of the popular translation management solution „Trados“ but also with the well-known company Across with its translation platform of the same name. The partnership with atlantis media GmbH, the implementation specialist for the leading open source online shop system Magento Commerce, has led to the mutual development of the Magento E-Shop Connector. This interface makes it possible to achieve synergy effects in the e-commerce area in conjunction with the Contentserv solution.

Attractive Events Calendar 2010 Draws Customers

After a busy MarketingDay in July, the OpenHouseDay in November including the presentation of the Star Award topped off Contentserv’s events for 2010. Over 120 guests made their way to Rohrbach to attend OpenHouseDay. The program included informative lectures held by top speakers on topics oriented towards the participants. A successful evening event in the elegant atmosphere of the company headquarters rounded off the day. The excellent organization of the events in Rohrbach contributed towards their popularity and success. Contentserv is already planning a busy year of events for 2011.

Release Contentserv CS11 Focuses on Innovation

The structurally redesigned Contentserv Release CS11 was launched officially in December 2010. The interfaces are cleaner and more user friendly. Stringent structures and logics run through all products and modules of the frameworks consistently. Fundamentally optimized and extended functions in the background typify the groundbreaking main release. Content-serv is thus technically well equipped for the requirements in 2011.
